Lego’s newest architecture set coming soon will feature a micro-scale build of Himeji Castle 21060.
Lego already has eight architecture sets for sale as of now, causing this to be the ninth. This set will also be knocking the Great Pyramid of Giza from its spot as the biggest and most expensive architecture set. When it comes out on August 1st, the Lego Himeji Castle will be priced at $159.99 and will feature 2,125 pieces. It will stand 19.5 cm/7.5 in. tall, will be 32 cm/12.5 in. wide, and 27 cm/10.5 in. deep. It’s perfect as such a huge set, as the Himeji Castle is actually Japan’s biggest castle.
This display model will feature many small, authentic details, including castle turrets, asymmetrical walls, and walkways. The top of the building can be removed in order to allow a view of the interior design. It includes four cute little cherry trees (two pink ones and two green ones). This can allow creators to choose which season the castle is in.
This set is perfect for builders who enjoy Lego’s architecture theme or are simply interested in architecture, Japan, history, or travel.
