Something awesome has just arrived in the world of Lego! The highly-anticipated Spider-man: No Way Home Lego set has finally been released on August 1st! Though the movie came out a year ago, it is still widely popular and I wouldn’t be surprised to see this set to fly off the shelves.
The set is called Spider-Man Final Battle: 76261 and contains 900 pieces and 9 minifigures.
The model is based on the statue of liberty’s head and the ending showdown in the Marvel Studios’ Spider-man No Way Home movie. The set is fully built on all sides so it can be viewed from any angle. It includes 3 supports on the set that allow minifigures to be displayed mid-air. In a roof, you can see Sandman’s hand, and another door reveals a Doctor Strange Portal. There are so many more details in this set, including a soft web that wraps up minifigures.
The 9 minifigures are the best part of this set. Included are 3 versions of Spider-man: Tom Holland Spider-man, Tobey Maguire Spider-man (Called Friendly Neighborhood Spider-man), and Andrew Garfield Spider-man (Called The Amazing Spider-man)–(This is the first time we are getting a Spider-man minifigure specifically designed to be this version of him!) The other 6 minifigures are MJ, Ned, Green Goblin, Doctor Strange, Doc Ock and Electro–All of which are exclusive to this set, except for Doctor Strange.
I honestly believe this is one of the best Lego sets ever made! As it is based on one of the most popular movies of all time, this is a must-have for Spider-man fans and movie-watchers in general. I love that this includes all three iterations of Spider-man, including Tobey Maguire Spider-man, who we haven’t seen since the early 2000s as a minifigure. Also included is Andrew Garfield Spider-man, who we have never seen as a minifigure (excluding the generic spider-mans from that time period).
