When Lego first released its Spider-Man set based on No Way Home earlier this year, many people were disappointed with the absence of an included Lizard minifigure and/or Sandman figure. Fortunately, though, it looks like things have changed for Spider-Man fans wanting the finishing characters. Read below to see photos of the new set.
Spider-Man vs. Sandman Final Battle 76280
Marvel Lego Spider-Man vs. Sandman Final Battle: 76280 will be releasing on January 1st. This set will be much smaller than the other No Way Home set, Spider-Man Final Battle, and will only include 347 pieces and will be selling for $37.99 at Lego.com.
The set depicts the same final battle scene famous in the newest Spider-Man movie, though focuses on Sandman rather than the Statue of Liberty.
As you can see, looking at the photo below, this set can actually be combined with the other Lego No Way Home set, creating the ultimate battle scene! I think this feature is super cool!

Included Minifigures
The minifigures are cool, but there are only three (two of which, Spider-Man and Electro, are already included in the first No Way Home set). The last minifigure, Lizard, is definitely the most notable part of this set and is what makes the purchase worth it-and he looks really good! This minifigure is based on the Lizard villain from No Way Home / the Amazing Spider-Man, making him a really cool minifigure to collect if you are a fan of live-action Spider-man films.
I believe this is the first Lego Spider-Man set to ever include a figure based on Lizard, the Spider-Man villain.
Unfortunately, as you can see, Sandman, though included, is not made into a minifigure. Instead, he is kind of a half-built buildable figure made from Lego pieces—with his face being a printed face. Though this is still cool, I would have loved the addition of a human-version of the live-action Sandman included as a new No Way Home minifigure. The Sandman fig is poseable, his hands close, and he can be twisted and positioned anyway you like.
