Finally we have some Lego Star Wars news!
Lego has unveiled a new set that is already available for pre-order. Coming out on September 1st for $159.99 is a new set: Lego Ghost and Phantom II. Using 1,394 pieces, It will include both Hera Syndulla’s Ghost Ship and the Phantom II shuttle. We have seen both of these ships in Lego form before, but these ones still look really good.
The Ghost build features lever-activated spring-loaded blasters, a cockpit and cabin, and a removable turret with a cannon. The Phantom II ship has a cockpit and a storage compartment.
The set includes 5 Star Wars minifigures, all of which are really exciting. Included are General Syndulla, Lt. Beyta, Jacen Syndulla, First Officer Hawkins, and Chopper (C1-10P). I feel like these are some great characters we haven’t seen for a while.
I’m honestly more excited for this set than I have been for some of the more recent Star Wars sets–personally I think it looks really cool, plus the minifigures are unique. Let me know in the comments below what you think about the set.
