The Lego Disney 100th anniversary celebration still has not ended quite yet! New Walt Disney Tribute Camera coming soon!
Lego has recently announced a Disney Tribute Camera set coming in September: Walt Disney Tribute Camera 43230. This is a long wait, but the good news is that it is available for pre-order! Search for it on Lego.com: Celebrate 100 years of Disney with LEGO®.
This new set will be priced at $99.99, will show off 811 pieces, and will include 5 new minifigures.
Two of the new minifigures are a black and white Mickey and Minnie. These both look very similar to the ones that showed up in the Steamboat Willie set or the ones that showed up in the second Disney Collectible Minifigure Series.
As you may have noticed in many of Lego’s recent sets, such as Villain Icons and Disney Castle, Lego is pushing hard to get as many new Disney characters out there this year, and this set will be adding three brand new ones. These include Walt Disney, Dumbo, and Bambi—all of which are designed really well.
This new Disney Tribute Camera looks like it is going to be super detailed and will feature a large vintage movie camera that includes a film strip showing pictures from 20 different Disney movies, which is really cool. The camera model measures 14.5 in / 37 cm by 8.5 in / 21 cm.
