A Look at Upcoming Disney Lego Sets, March 2024

As the beginning of January, 2024, Lego hasn’t slowed down on its new announcements. One piece of news Lego has offered is four new Lego Disney sets set to release March 1st, 2024 at LEGO.com! See images and more details of these sets below!

Stitch 43249

I’m going to start off with what will probably be the most popular of the new Disney sets: Stitch 43249. This set is a 730-piece set of Disney’s loveable alien character, Stitch, wearing a Hawaiian outfit! When built, he will measure over 8 in / 20 cm tall! Unlike some sets, this item is meant specifically for display.

This set is awesome if you or someone you know is a Disney / Lilo & Stitch fan. His ears will be moveable and his head can be turned. These allow him to show different expressions while displayed.

Both the ice cream cone he holds and the flower on his head can be removed. And though the Hawaiian shirt is cute, unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove it from the model. Meaning, if you prefer Stitch in his classic no-shirt-look, then you’re going to have to wait a bit longer. Honestly, I wish there were alternate building instructions or something that would allow the builder to build him without the shirt—but, there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that.

When released, the set can be found at LEGO.com for $64.99, starting March 1st, 2024.

Isabela’s Flowerpot 43237

This set, Isabela’s Flowerpot 43237, looks like it can be a play-set or a display-set. It includes a Friends-style minidoll of Isabela, from Disney’s Encanto, but the main build is not in minifigure-scale. The model is a 641-piece flowerpot that measures 6 in. / 15 cm long, 5 in. / 12 cm wide, and 9 in. / 24 cm tall.

The model features orchid flowers and a cactus.

If you’re not into displaying, then the flowerpot actually opens up, creating a little room that is scaled down for the minifigure to use (see picture above). The room includes a bed and other movie details. I love how this set can be used both as a display-piece and a play-set.

Isabela’s flowerpot will be available at LEGO.com, starting March 1st, 2024, for $39.99.

Mirabel’s Photo Frame and Jewelry Box 43239

The next set, Mirabel’s Photo Frame and Jewelry Box 43239, is another Disney Friends set. This one is very similar to the above set, as it is a display set that can also be used for play—and it includes one minidoll—Mirabel, also a character appearing in Disney’s Encanto. This set also includes a capybara animal figure.

This set is actually really cool and unique in that it can be used as a real-life photo holder—see the picture below! The photo frame includes extra clips for different sized photos. The photo frame measures 5.5 in. / 14 cm long, 2 in. / 5 cm wide, and 6 in. / 15 cm tall. Also included in the set is a jewelry box and a real-life bracelet that can be worn and customized, a candle from the movie, and more elements meant for decoration. The entire set includes 334 pieces.

It will be priced at $29.99 when it releases at LEGO.com on March 1st, 2024.

Elsa & Bruni in the Enchanted Forest 10418

Lastly is a Disney Duplo set, Elsa & Bruni in the Enchanted Forest 10418. As the name implies, it shows off the characters Elsa and Bruni the Salamander, from Disney’s Frozen, along with a 6 in. / 15 cm tall stone giant and Nokk, the water-horse (these all, of course, in Duplo-form).

Like all other Duplo sets, this one is meant for toddlers and is a great gift to get young kids started on Lego sets! This set will be releasing, like the others, on March 1st, 2024. You can find it at LEGO.com for $29.99.
