New Lego Ideas Set Coming in February

It has been a while since we’ve received a Lego Ideas release—the last one was the Lego The Insect Collection. Releasing on February 3rd, though, we will be getting a new one: Red London Telephone Box, 21347. Read below to see details and pictures of this neat set.

Red London Telephone Box: 21347

Alright—so this is a pretty cool looking set—featuring one of London’s most cultural icons—a red telephone box! With 1,460 pieces, this model is going to be over 12 in. / 31 cm tall, 7.5 in. / 19 cm wide, and 6 in. / 15 cm deep. The model is what you’d guess—a red London telephone box—set nicely on a cobble sidewalk beside a fence and a streetlight. There are also hanging flowers, a flower pot, and a street sign appearing in this set. As you can see in the pictures, this set is not minifigure scale, but, rather, a larger display-scale model.

Something interesting about this collectible build is that you get to pick what style of phone goes inside the telephone booth—you can choose between an old rotary, vintage-style phone—or you can choose a 90’s-style telephone. Inside are many sticker decorations as well. Also, something neat I noticed is that the set includes a light brick (to light up the booth)—it can be activated by pressing the top of the telephone box. See the pictures below!

Those aren’t the only neat things about this new Lego Ideas set—the fence-part actually works as a literal cellphone stand! See the picture below!

This set, unfortunately, comes with a high price tag at $114.99. It will be released on February 3rd, 2024.

This set is mainly meant for display and is being advertised for adults—and I agree that this set would look amazing on a shelf—especially beside other Lego display models.

Fans of LEGO® Disney can add the new Mini Disney Ariel’s Castle to their Disney collection!

What do you think about this upcoming set? Let me know in the comments. I think it’s really cool model—and an awesome idea!
